WHO ROCKED IT BETTER? MWAMVITA MAKAMBA OR JACQUELINE MAFURU...???

We first saw this dress which is a Sheria Ngowi Creation on Mwamy at the 2011 Vodacom Miss Tanzania Finals and she wowed us being the best dressed of the night. So here we go again & we have our gorgeous bride to be Jacquie in a similar dress with different colours and slightly designed differently if you take a close look which is a Vera Wang creation. I'm kindda confused here so I need your help to decide who among these beauties rocked the dress and stood out of the crowd. Lets goooooo who wore it better?????
