Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have reportedly renewed their wedding vows in Paris last night.

The couple will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on April 30, also the first birthday of their twin's Moroccan & Monroe. According to the MailOnline, Nick and Mariah will be marking the occasion of their wedding anniversary at the Parisian hotel with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop.

Yesterday Mariah took Nick on a shopping trip to Dior where they kissed for the photographers waiting outside and it has been reported that they were preparing to renew their wedding vows that evening in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Apparently, the pair will be making the ceremony more public than their original 2008 wedding, and have invited the media to capture the special moment.

Nick and Mariah's relationship was recently tested when the America's Got Talent host suffered a bout of health problems, which saw him rushed to hospital three times and diagnosed with a lupus-like disease.
