The USA's First Lady Michelle Obama was filmed by CBS TV at a supermarket in Alexandria,Virginia, just a few miles from Washington, wearing a flowery shirt, a baseball cap and dark glasses. In the images broadcast by the network one can see Michelle Obama smiling as she pushes her shopping cart. She spent about forty minutes doing her shopping and was recognised by the girl at the till when she paid her bill.
