Bobbi-Kristina shared some of her most intimate feelings with Oprah telling her,
“I’m doing as good as I possibly can, you know, just trying to keep going,” Says Bobbi-Kris.
Oprah ask, “Does her music comfort you or not?”
“I can sing her music, but to hear it, right know, I cant”
“I can hear her voice telling me to keep moving, baby, I gotcha. She’s always with me. I can always feel her with me,” says Bobbi-Kris.
Bobbi-Kris assured us that she will keep her mother’s legacy going by way of singing, acting, and dancing, as she states how her mother, Whitney Houston prepared her for entertainment. Bobbi-Kris was the only child to Whitney and through their 18 years Bobbi-Kris expresses the mother/daughter relationship as being each others “everything”. She explains what helps her accept the death of her mother, what keeps her going, and her realizing on how big of an impact her mother was. And though no-one can ever truly know what Bobbi-Kris is feeling and or going through, we wish her all the best and prosperity as we send our condolences to her and her family.
“No one knows what an amazing spirit she was”
Check out the exclusive interview below:
I was impressed with how well-spoken and the fortitude Krissy exhibited during the interview. That takes courage. While I'm certain her emotions will come in waves, what's certain is that her mom's spirit is constantly with her and she made a huge impact on her daughter's life. She'll be alright as long as she keep her Aunt Pat around her as a confidante. I was also impressed with her. She appears to be sensible, grounded in truth and to have her head on straight. FYI: It speaks volumes that Bobby Brown calls PAT to check on Krissy. Obviously, her relationship with her father isn't a close one. Not surprising. He spit in Whitney's face in the front of her and she's aware of all the affairs he had during their marriage. She will never forget the pain and tears her mother endured from those tribulations. Also, when Gary broke down after singing his sister's song, it was all over for me. This family is clearly still in pain but they managed to get through that interview until the end. Kudos to Oprah for being so comforting. She navigated the interview really well.
ReplyDeleteThis interview disturbed my soul. Whitney hasn't been deceased for an entire month and here comes Oprah and her cameras, running into Whitney's family's home to get the first "interview". It wasn't an interview, it was an invasion. Tons of cameras and production people, Oprah wouldn't even have the decency to sit Bobbi Kris down, with her aunt and talk about this girl's feelings. Instead she stood up, with her back to the aunt and proceeded to ask Bobbi Kris some of them most insensitive and silly questions you can imagine. This young girl's mother JUST passed away and Oprah asks her in so many words "how do you feel, what was that day like for you, your mom this, your mom that" Just so insensitive. Oprah has no consideration whatsoever. Whitney's sister in law handled the probing well. Oprah blows my mind. She carried on with the same antics after Michael Jackson died. She probed Paris, Blanket, and the other child knowing damn well Michael never wanted those children to have any media exposure at all. Janet even expressed her discontent with Oprah and that "interview" with her family. This interview was not necessary at this moment and could have waited. There was no rush. She had the nerve to ask them, "how did you feel after the photo leaked of Whitney laying in the casket?" Come on. How are they supposed to feel??!?!?!?! Smh I can't. And why the hell did she show up to that funeral with Gail and not her man, Steadman? My respect for Oprah has dwindled considerably.
ReplyDeleteThe interview was sweet but standing up was unprofessional with cameras everywhere. What were you thinking Oprah? Bobbi should either cut the front of her hair or just find another hair piece. That was quite annoying. I guess she was nervous.
ReplyDeleteShe was so mature and handled the interview so well. I just wanted to reach out and give her a hug. After Bobbi Kristina I turned to something else. I just wanted to see how she was doing.
ReplyDeleteI just hope that she is happy, strong, blessed and content.
ReplyDeleteI mean there is so much Whitney Houston and BK hate out there
for nothing that really concern anyone else. If life was
all about listen to other peoples opinion some of us
would be making way better choices while other of us
would be self destructive with no net. Real life is about
believing in your own ability to dream and to reach where
other may not seeing you going. The only things that everyone
needs in this life is God and a good support system everything
else can really fall to the waste side.
I really hope that she came come out of this okay. Losing your mother can’t be easy and the “high profile” nature of the matter makes people feel like this is their business when it in fact isn’t. I just hope that she can go on the right path with losing her mother and the medias prying hands and intrusive eyes on her.
