War over love gifts lol!!!
Alexandra Burke and Jermain Defoe are reportedly fighting over gifts he gave her before they split.
The 'Let It Go' singer dumped the Tottenham Spurs footballer after allegations he had cheated on her during their brief relationship. After the first cheating claims emerged, Jermain is said to have splashed out on lavish gifts for Alex including a £175,000 Bentley, but sources say he now wants them back.
"It’s a sad state of affairs that it has become so acrimonious within a week of them agreeing it was worth trying to make their relationship work," a source told the Daily Star.
"After the first cheating story, Jermain assured Alex he had learned his lesson and he tried to prove it with gifts, and she adored him so gave him another chance."
"He didn’t cheat again on Alex after that, but another woman called Kristy came forward claiming she had also slept with Jermain early on in his relationship with Alex. It seems that although Jermain hadn’t strayed again, Alex couldn’t take hearing about another girl and finished it."
