A 22-year-old man died from a silicon injection which he hoped was a solution to his small penis.
However, the woman who is now alleged of causing the man’s death on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to the murder charges.
The woman identified as Kasia Rivera, 35, if found to have broken the law, could possibly be sentenced to almost ten years in prison.
According to DailyMail.co.uk, three months ago Justin Street went to Rivera looking for a penile enlargement procedure; unfortunately he met a surgeon who had neither medical license nor training to perform the duty.
“If there were a legitimate method for penile lengthening, Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer would have bought it up and made billions and billions of dollars worldwide.” Dr. Daniel S. Elliott, an associate professor of urology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, told DailyMail.co.uk.
