Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry’s ex, is rushing to family court to try to get the restraint lifted from seeing his daughter. The ex got into a brawl this past Thanksgiving with Halle’s new Beau, Olivier Martinez. Halle and Gabriel have been in a nasty custody battle all year long for daughter Nahla. What is Gabriel planning to do now ????

Well, the obvious is that he isn’t gonna give up the fight for his meal ticket, oppps we mean daughter that easy.

This is just one huge mess. But, I know that  I am rooting for Halle. She may not be good at relationships, but she appears to be a bomb MILF. She needs to have her daughter and stop paying these bums, Eric Bennett included, all this money for nothing. 20K in child support is a little excessive. Halle I hope you get Nahla, because what the California judicial system is doing to you is not cool… Besitos!

Word on the street is that Halle Berry wants to quit acting to protect her daughter Nahla! a close source says:

“Now that a court has ruled Halle can’t move to France permanently, she feels she’s left with no alternative but to quit her career. It may seem pretty dramatic, but Halle doesn’t know what else she can do to stop the tabloids writing about her“.

Hmm these statements coming fresh off the now infamous Thanksgiving Brawl between her new boo, Oliver Martinez and ex/baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry. Umm Halle I dont think acting is the issue here and from the looks of his battered face looks like it’s Nahla’s daddy, Gab is the one who needs protecting.
