To no surprise, Mr. Carter has already signed his first client, New York Yankee Robinson Cano. We understand his saturation of the music market, but now Jay is vested in sports. Why?
The New York Post reports:
“Because of my love of sports, it was a natural progression to form a company where we can help top athletes in various sports the same way we have been helping artists in the music industry for years,” Jay-Z said.
What Jay is trying to say is, I see another opportunity to add more financial worth to my empire by partnering with talented people I can benefit from. The President of Roc Nation Sports is rapper Juan Perez.
