MICHAEL DOUGLAS REVEALS HIS THROAT CANCER WAS CAUSED BY ORAL SEX.

The veteran actor admitted in an interview that for years he was wrong to think that his throat cancer was caused by years of smoking and drinking-since it was caused by something much racier.

My cancer was actually caused by HPV, human papilloma virus, a sexually transmitted disease, revealed Douglas in a recent interview.

This whole revelation started when a reporter asked Michael if he regretted all those years of smoking and drinking which may have caused his illness-Michael responded frankly, ” No, this type of cancer is caused by HPV, which actually comes from connilingus”, he said.

Michael went on to say that he also suspects that the stress derived from the news of his son, Cameron being impresoned which happened just months before he was diagnosed, may also have contributed to the cell growth. However, during the interview, Michael joked about the  best cure for such cancer saying ” if you have it, connilingus is also the best cure for it”.

Well, we are not so sure about that, Michael. But I guess whatever helps you feel better works just a well.

The treatment worked and Douglas is now more than two years clear of cancer. He has check-ups every six months, he said, "and with this kind of cancer, 95% of the time it doesn't come back".
