Beyonce recently made the big chop or flaunting a great lace wig (whichever you believe), and it's making such an uproar.
Some say it takes a super confident woman to rock a super short cut, do you agree to this? While some ladies just cut their hair for a change, the weather, age, by force, etc. Whatever the reason is would you rock short hair?
