Oprah Winfrey gave out massive hugs at the Critics' Choice Awards in LA on Thursday. The biggest one went to Lupita Nyong'o, who beat Oprah in the best supporting actress category. No one seemed happier for the actress than Oprah herself, though — the daytime TV icon led a standing ovation for Lupita, and even let out a happy cry for the rising starlet. Oprah is back in the spotlight — not that she ever left it! — for her riveting performance in Lee Daniels’ The Butler, which marked the first time the star graced the silver screen in 15 years.
